Our mini fluid bed processor features a conical glass bowl, top spray granulation, optional wurster column, variable speed peristaltic liquid addition pump, bottom spray coating, and our patented filter bag system.

It’s portability allows for unprecedented flexibility in almost any custom job requirement. The mini fluid bed connects to a laptop computer for graphic display of process parameters, has simple connections of compressed air and 110 volt power, and has a working capacity of 100 to 400 grams (optional bowl allows for 20 to 100 grams), making it ideal for feasibility studies.
