Filter Cartridges Positioned for Inspection/Maintenance

Exciting new cartridge filter configuration allows for easy access to the filters for quick inspection/maintenance in a highly "GMP" design.

This double fluid bed system is fed from a single high-shear granulator. Rapid output of the granulator discharges product through a portable mill. Product is then diverted by a flap valve allowing one fluid bed to be charged while the other unit is in the drying operation.

This operation provides very high throughput rates in a semi-continuous process which retains batch identity. The patented quick-changeover system incorporates cloth filters. Stainless steel wire mesh cartridges are optional.

The Fluid Bed Systems can be easily sized to fit your exact manufacturing requirements. Specifications can be developed to fit virtually any application whether large or small. the wide variety of available options provides you with the assurance that you'll recieve exactly the system you need.
